Return Policy Tees:

Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt.
 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size/version, you can return your item to us for a refund and then place a new order to get the item of your choice. We will refund the money for the returned item.

If you would like to return your item(s), please send a email to team@11icon.com. We will provide you with the correct shipping information.
 
 
Please do not use scissors or knives to open your package; you can just tear open the package. Returns with scissors or knife markings will not be accepted.

Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with the tags still attached. Please be very careful when trying on products, for example make sure you are not wearing any makeup, perfume, deodorant or anti-transparent that could leave marks on the product as we cannot arrange exchange or refund for any item that will be returned to us with any marks or stains.
 

Please inspect items thoroughly upon receipt as we will only accept products that are returned to us in their original condition and are suitable for resale unless we have advised in advance that an item is defective. 

Delivery charges are not refundable.

Our mission is to have our customers satisfied and want you to be happy! We are proud to provide an online selection of art designed to motivate and inspire you every day.
Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at team@11icon.com and we will send you the return instructions per e-mail.

Gifts
Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements for items that are received as gifts.

Delivery charges are not refundable.
